Aaron L. Boyette, CGC, CBC, CCC

Aaron L. Boyette is a State of Florida Licensed General Contractor since 2014, Building Contractor since 2001, and Roofing Contractor since 2009; and a State of Georgia Licensed General Contractor since 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida. Boyette has held the positions of Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice-President of Business Development and Estimating and President of a commercial construction company. His experience includes delivering federal, commercial, educational, institutional and religious facilities utilizing multiple project delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build and construction management at risk.

In 2012, he was appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida to the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) whose primary focus is to regulate (including discipline) licensed contractors in the State of Florida. He served on the board until 2022 and was board chairman in 2018 and 2020. He is a voting member of four American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) committees.

His responsibilities have encompassed all phases of construction including, but not limited to:

  • Design and specification scope review
  • Pre-construction budgeting
  • Cost estimating
  • Subcontractor solicitation and selection
  • Submittal
  • Shop drawing and product data review and processing
  • Development and execution of contractor means and methods
  • Field coordination
  • Project scheduling
  • Owner/architect/engineer/contractor meetings
  • Subcontractor coordination and scheduling
  • Owner/architect/ engineer communications
  • Development of pay requests
  • Project closeout

Brian E. Zettle, CGC, CCC

Brian E. Zettle is a Florida licensed Certified General Contractor since 2008 and Certified Roofing Contractor since 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida. With over 25 years of construction experience, he has held the positions of Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, Director of Operations, and Business Owner. His experience includes delivering over one hundred federal, commercial, educational, institutional and religious facilities utilizing multiple different project delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build and construction management at risk. In June 2022, Brian was appointed to the Construction Industry Licensing Board by Governor Ron DeSantis.

His responsibilities have encompassed all phases of construction including, but not limited to:
